Vacuum plating bonds gold into the alloy instead of laying it on top, so the finish does not flake with sweat or weather.

A year of re-brightening

Bring any piece back to the store within twelve months. We clean it and lay the plating back down, free.

How they are made

Colour that stays
where we put it.

Every piece starts as stainless steel, then goes into a vacuum chamber where the gold or silver is drawn into the alloy molecule by molecule. It is slower than dipping a piece in plating, and it is the reason the finish holds instead of wearing thin at the edges.

The pieces are produced in Guangdong, China, to our specification, and every one of them carries the Amour name. Material, finish and origin are printed on each product page — you should never have to guess what you are buying.
