Thirty days to return a piece that left us faulty, and a year of free re-polishing on everything you buy from us.
Thirty days from the day it arrives
We take it back
- Plating that flakes
- The wrong piece against your order
- A piece that arrived misshapen
- Damage that happened in transit
We cannot
- Drops or knocks after delivery
- Scratches from ordinary wear
- A piece that has been worn or is no longer intact
- A return with no box, no packaging or no unboxing video
Three conditions, all required
The piece is intact and unworn · the box and packaging come back with it · you have an unboxing video we can check against.
How a return works

Call us
Ring 0798 494 890 within the thirty days, with your order number and the unboxing video to hand.

We confirm
We check whether your case falls under the policy and tell you either way.

Send it back
Post it to 38 Tran Huy Lieu, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, or bring it into the store.

Replace or refund
Once we have inspected it we send a replacement or refund you the way you paid.
Please talk to us before posting anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the piece is back with us and approved, refunds are sent within 3 days.
01year of care
Free re-polishing for twelve months
Jewellery dulls with time and the air it lives in. For one year from the day you buy it, we bring your piece back to life at no charge: cleaned with a professional solution and re-plated.
Bring it to the store at 38 Tran Huy Lieu, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and we will take care of it.
Too far to come in? Call us on 0798 494 890 and we will book the courier both ways for you. The piece travels to us and back to your door; you cover the two-way shipping, the cleaning and re-plating stay free.
