Your name, phone number, delivery address and email address — whatever you give us when you place an order or sign up for our letter.

Amour Jewelry does not collect or store card details. Those are handled entirely by the licensed payment gateway.

Your information stays inside Amour Jewelry and is used only for the purposes listed above. We do not sell or trade customer information to third parties for commercial gain.

We share it in two narrow cases: with the courier (your name, phone number and delivery address) and with the payment gateway (the amount and your order number), both only as far as completing your order requires. We will also disclose it where a competent state authority lawfully requires us to.

We hold your information until you ask us to delete it, or until Amour Jewelry ceases trading. Information tied to completed orders is kept for the period Vietnamese accounting and commercial law requires.
