- Damage that happened in transit
The piece must come back unworn and intact, with its box and packaging, and you need an unboxing video. Damage after delivery — drops, knocks, scratches from wear — is not covered.
Re‑polishing — 1 year
- Cleaned with a professional solution
- Re-plated to bring the shine back
- Free for twelve months from purchase
