Scan a QR code
Once you place the order, a QR code appears with the exact amount and your order number already filled in. Open your banking app, scan it, and confirm the transfer.

You are taken to the gateway’s secure payment page to enter your card details, then returned to the website once the transaction completes.
- Domestic ATM cards enrolled for internet banking
- International Visa, MasterCard and JCB
- Amour Jewelry never stores your card details

Currency and listed prices
Every price on this website is listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). The price shown is the price of the piece and already includes VAT — there is nothing added at checkout beyond shipping. Shipping, where it applies, is calculated separately and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
When an order counts as paid
When you place an order it is created as awaiting payment. It only moves to paid once the payment gateway confirms it to our system — not when your browser returns to the website.
If you were charged but the order has not updated
Please allow up to 24 hours. If it is still showing as awaiting payment after that, call 0798 494 890 with your order number and we will reconcile it against the gateway.
Refunds
For orders approved under our returns and warranty policy, money goes back the way it came: to the account you transferred from, or to the card you paid with.
Expected refund time: within 3 days of the returned piece arriving back at the shop.
